Me/R Spirit Spammer?
Hey, I cant figure out how this guy was spirit spamming as a Me/R. I mean his oath shot should miss 50% of the time right? How cna he compensate for that? Is there a Ranger or Mesmer skill that makes it so you can't "miss"?

Either he was very lucky with Oath shot...or he used Signet of Midnight with Determined Shot.

At any rate, there's virtually NO reason to go Mesmer primary for spamming spirits.
